SAAR Supports Scottsdale's 2013 Bond Election
As you are aware, our Government Affairs Committee and our Board of Directors earlier this month voted unanimously to support the City of Scottsdale's 2013 Bond request. The bond election will be
SAAR members are being encouraged to support the bond by voting "yes" on each of the four questions. Your SAAR Board knows that keeping a city in good repair has paybacks for property owners by keeping future costs down and property values up. Please read the statement below as it is the statement of support that will appear in the official voter election pamphlet. and will ask citizens to vote for or against four bond questions totaling $212 million.
The quality of life we enjoy in Scottsdale is inextricably linked to the amenities our community offers. Beautiful open spaces, quality infrastructure, and our unflinching commitment to public safety are what make Scottsdale one of the most desirable places to live in the United States. It is in this light that the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® unanimously endorses Ballot Questions 1-4. We must seize this opportunity to safeguard the future of the community we love. We urge you to vote “YES” on
