2008 MLS Committee
This Committee shall work with the highest ethical standards towards the continous improvement of MLS data and structure as an evolving marketing and knowledge management tool for Members and their clients. From time-to-time, the Committee may recommend MLS changes and improvements to the SAAR Board of Directors.

REMINDER...McDowell Mountain Ranch is located in TWO DIFFERENT ARMLS Areas (407 & 408). By its Rules & Regulations, ARMLS is required to make sure listed properties are in the correct Area. Over the next two months, there is an ARMLS Task Force reviewing all Area boundaries in Maricopa County. However, until any boundary changes are made, please be sure to "list" your properties in the correct Area to assist your colleagues with accurate information and to avoid an ARMLS fine. When searching for "comps", be sure to enter Areas 407 & 408.
